How does the revenue share work?
We take 4% of the revenue growth we drive above your current baseline. Your baseline is your trailing 90-day average revenue at the time you sign. You only pay the revenue share on growth above that number, never on revenue you were already generating.
How is revenue share calculated?
We agree on a single attribution source at the start of your engagement, either Klaviyo or Google Analytics 4. That source is locked into your contract so there is never any ambiguity about the number.
What does the approval queue mean?
Every piece of content, every ad, every email your AI system produces goes into your Airtable approval queue before it goes live. You review and approve on your schedule. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.
How long does onboarding take?
Two weeks from the day we get platform access. We connect your channels, build your brand voice framework, configure your system, and launch. Most clients see their first outputs in week one.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to be able to approve content in a simple queue and show up for a monthly strategy call. Everything else is handled by the system and by us.
